SHL Aptitude & Psychometric Tests are heavily used by British Airways. They are one of SHL's largest and longest standing clients and it is a relationship that seems to work very well for both companies. A typical non pilot applicant to British Airways will have to sit two SHL tests during the application process, though that number may be lower or higher depending on the position applied for and the level of seniority involved.

As with most companies, the first step to working at British Airways is to complete their online application form. Completing the initial form to a satisfactory level will either lead to an invitation to take some online SHL tests or to a first round assessment day.
